The Brand of the Absolute

The Brand of the Absolute is an optional permanent bonus that leads to unique dialogue options and powerful item interactions.

Appearance

The brand is a combination of the symbols of each of the Dead Three: the black hand of Bane, the bloody skull of Bhaal, and the triangle-inset skull of Myrkul.

Becoming Branded

A character may become branded by speaking to Gut in the Shattered Sanctum. After branding you, she will attempt to mentally connect to your parasite and ask you to join her in her private chapel. After this conversation, Gut will no longer offer to brand additional characters, but any number of party members may receive the brand by switching the active character and speaking to Warlock Greez.

Becoming branded has the following consequences:
