Anyone know why the auto-select option often picks a crazy number of food value? It tried to use 61 camp supplies just now but we only need 40.

I think it has to do with the stack amount of your camp supplies. My theory is that it takes a random stack and if it is not enough supplies, it takes another stack. 	~~:The auto select can't unstack items. Even if it only needs one of an item,~~ it has to ~~select~~ the ~~whole~~ stack. It is ~~okay~~ if you have ~~something like 240~~/~~40 and hit rest anyway because only up to 40 will be used, give or~~ take a ~~point if the items don't add up exactly. It won't needlessly consume~~ supplies ~~over 40~~.
