Phalar Aluve: Shriek is a Class Action granted by the Phalar Aluve. It is a variant of . The sword penalizes your enemies' mental Saving Throws, and causes you to deal extra Thunder damage whenever you hit it with this weapon.
Description
The sword Shrieks. All enemies within Range: 6 m / 20 ft of range have a 1d4 penalty to all[See Notes] Saving throws. Affected creatures receive an extra 1d4Thunder damage.
The sword will stop shrieking if unequipped.
