Vampiric Touch is a level 3 necromancy spell. This spell allows spellcasters at melee range to siphon the life force of their target.
Description
Touch an enemy to siphon their life force and regain half as many Hit Points.
For 10 turns, you can use Vampiric Touch again without expending an additional Spell Slot.
Vampiric Touch is considered a "granted" condition not unlike that of a "granted" spell. Granted spells are issued to the caster after using the original, and can be used again without spending another spell slot as long as Concentration is not broken.
