Sentient Amulet is a rare Amulet that allows the wearer to cast Shatter Shatter once per Short Rest (with a drawback) and Ki Restoration (Lesser) Ki Restoration (Lesser) once per Long Rest.

  • Wisdom Saving Throws are only required when using this amulet to cast Shatter Shatter. Using the Ki Restoration (Lesser) Ki Restoration (Lesser) ability does not prompt a Wisdom save.
