  • Accept Auntie Ethel's deal in Act 1, offering the player character's eye in an attempt to have their tadpole removed.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • This effect irrevocably changes the appearance of the chosen eye. It cannot be removed and its appearance cannot be changed with the Magic Mirror.
  • Mutually exclusive with Volo's Eye Volo's Eye and Wyll Wyll's stone eye, the player character may only sacrifice one eye to highly suspicious surgeries.
