Blaird is a high elven ranger and a member of the Harpers in Act Three. He joins Jaheira in the battle against the Dark Urge, should the latter choose to accept and embrace their heritage.

Temple of Bhaal[edit | edit source]
Should the Dark Urge defeat Orin the Red and embrace Bhaal's gift, becoming the latter's Chosen, the Harpers set up an ambush at the entrance of the Temple of Bhaal, provided Jaheira is alive.
Led by Jaheira and accompanied by Minsc (if rescued), the Harpers stand guard on the bridge leading out of the temple, preventing the party from leaving.
