The Dead Eyes are a group of mercenaries residing in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

The Dead Eyes are only be encountered in Old Garlow's Place if the party do not complete Save Mayrina Save Mayrina during Act One. As a result, Mayrina does not establish the Anti-Hag Support Group, and the Dead Eyes take their place instead.
