Spectators are a lesser type of Beholder. They are floating creatures with a single huge eye and four eyestalks from which they may cast damaging or debilitating ray attacks.

Spectators use a special kind of resource for their actions called 
Eyestalk Action and can perform two Eyestalk Actions per turn.
Melee: 1.5 m / 5 ft 
Range: 18 m / ft 
Recharge: Per Turn

In Patch #7, the spectator gained a Legendary Action. When struck, the Spectator will accumulate stacks of
