Rozzak is a goblin stationed in the Goblin Camp in Act One.

Rozzak is usually speaking with Minthara Minthara at the war table in the northeastern area of the Shattered Sanctum. If Minthara discovers the location of the Emerald Grove and launches an attack, Rozzak will participate in the raid.
