Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3 takes place after Act Two as the player arrives at the city of Baldur's Gate. It was not available during Early Access.
This is the final act of the game.
You start the act camped at Wyrm's Lookout, where you'll be ambushed by some monk githzerai before you escape to the Astral Plane.
