Arsonist's Oil image

Arsonist's Oil is an uncommon type of Coating that can be applied to an equipped weapon to transform the target's Fire Resistance to Fire Vulnerability.

Can be crafted via the Alchemy system by combining Sublimate of Frosted Ears and any Ash
