Summary

Wyll stands next to Karlach at the steps of  Moonrise Towers; he has no horns. From this picture, the following can be noted:

• Minthara is present, proving the party has already progressed to Act Two
• The yellow Icons on the map, in the upper right hand corner of the picture, show Moonrise Towers guards are still present, proving Mizora would not have normally been at camp yet (and no longer is now, since the party has progressed to Act Two)
• On the left, character icons showing active party members (and applied buffs) lend weight to my assertion no unusual mods have been applied to obtain these results
