Ghustil Stornugoss is a Githyanki encountered in Baldur's Gate 3 during Act One. She is the principal healer of Crèche Y'llek and can be found in the Doctor's Office of the crèche at X: 1286 Y: -800.

Stornugoss is initially friendly to the party, but may become hostile if provoked. If seeking treatment via the Zaith'isk, Stornugoss oversees the "process" of this treatment, and is the focus of another conversation that occurs after this "process" concludes.
