As progressing through Cazador's Dungeon, the party inevitably will pass by a prison containing Sebastian. If Astarion Astarion is in the party, he starts to comment on the prisoners. Sebastian recognizes his voice, the voice that lured him into Cazador Cazador's clutches. Failing any of these ability checks, or picking the last option, or not feeing him after promising to free him results in him cursing Astarion to the hells. Astarion then gains the Curse of the Sired Curse of the Sired condition, which can be removed using Remove Curse Remove Curse.
