Involvement
Act One
Memnos can initially be met in the aftermath of the conflict at the gates of Emerald Grove caused by Aradin and his party being chased by Goblins. He can be seen consoling his friend Arka on the Emerald Grove Ramparts, who is grieving over her brothers body, who lost his life in the attack. After Arka picks up a crossbow to execute the Goblin prisoner Sazza, he follows her with the intent to calm her down.
If the party travels to Mountain Pass or Shadow-Cursed Lands before resolving Kagha's Rite of Thorns, the tieflings will be expelled from the Emerald Grove and Memnos's corpse can be found among the bodies of all the other refugees near the bridge to the Blighted Village.
Act Two
If Memnos survives the events at Emerald Grove, his body can be found in the Shadow-Cursed Lands X: -9 Y: 54 among the Tiefling refugees that did not make it to Last Light Inn.
