The Fork-Lightning Fingers are a rare pair of gloves that give the wearer lightning damage to their unarmed attacks and the ability to cast 
as a level 3 spell once per Long Rest.
There's a technique specific to the monks who train along the Spine of the World. It doesn't have a name, but it does involve fists, lightning, and some extremely decimated pines.
