Githyanki gish are a class-like archetype of githyanki NPCs encountered throughout Baldur's Gate 3. Battlemages that blend arcane spellcasting with melee combat, gish soldiers are versatile combatants.

Veteran gish githyanki can be encountered during the end game scenario in Upper City.
