Noxious Fumes is a cloud area. It inflicts poison damage on any character that enters or begins their turn within it.
Description
Affected entity takes 1d4
Poison damage each turn. It must succeed a 
Constitution saving throw or take an additional 2d4Poison damage, taking half in a success.
