Armor is a type of Equipment that provides bonuses to the characters' Armour Class (AC) and decrease chances of being hit by enemies.

People who trained to fight while wearing armors can use them effectively in combat.

Wearing armor without proficiency will impose Disadvantage on every Ability Check, Saving Throw, attack roll, you also can not cast Spells.
