Armor is a type of Equipment that provides bonuses to the characters' Armour Class (AC) and decrease chances of being hit by enemies.

Armor Proficiency

People who trained to fight while wearing armors can use them effectively in combat.

Wearing armor without proficiency will impose Disadvantage on every Ability Check, Saving Throw, Attack Roll, you also can not cast Spells.

Each class has proficiency with specific types of armor. Some classes such as Sorcerer and Wizard have no armor proficiency.

Types of Armor

There are three types of armor: Light Armor, Medium Armor, and Heavy Armor.
