Web is a type of Surface. When stepped on, characters will move at half speed and they might become Enwebbed. Web surfaces can be created through the use of spells or grenades. In areas where spiders live, webbed surfaces may be present.
Description
Difficult terrain - Movement Speed is halved. Can Enweb creatures. Prevents Falling damage. Flammable.
Properties

- Cannot move.
- Attack rolls against the creature have Advantage, while the creature's Attack Rolls and Dexterity Saving throws are rolled with Disadvantage.

- Prevents fall damage
- Contact with Fire turns it into a Fire surface.
- Contact with Blood turns it into a Blood surface.
- The DC for the Enwebbed condition depends on the caster, if created by a character.
- When Web is first applied, it can immediately enweb creatures. After that, enwebbed creatures are always released at the begininng of their turn, and creatures on the web area can become enwebbed only when they walk on the web at least 1 m, not when they Jump, Fly, or take any other kind of bonus action or action. For enwebbed creatures there is a saving throw at the beginning of the next turn, but they are released no matter whether they succeed or fail the save.
