Toll the Dead is a cantrip (Necromancy). Toll the Dead deals 
Necrotic damage and increases in damage if the target has already been damaged.
Description
Ring the bell of impending doom. If the target is at full health, you deal 1d8Necrotic damage instead.
Properties
Range: 18 m / 60 ftAt higher levels
- At character level 5, the damage increases to 2d12Necrotic (2d8Necrotic if undamaged).
- At character level 10, the damage increases to 3d12Necrotic (3d8Necrotic if undamaged).
