Correction to wording and added a note. This scales based on 3 x Character Level HP, not 3 x Cleric Level. Just respecced in-game to a 5 Bard / 2 Life Cleric and Preserve Life healed for 21 HP, not 6 (same as the 7 Life Cleric before respeccing).
