Effect

Bonus action

  • Drink to enter a bloodlust. Once per turn when you kill a foe, you gain HP Icon.png 5 temporary hit points and an additional Action.
  • Replaces effects from other elixirs when drunk.

  • Affected entity has entered a murderous state of bloodlust. Once per turn, when it kills an enemy, it gains HP Icon.png 5 temporary hit points and an Action.

Where to find

Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining Ashes of Worg Fang (procured from Worg Fang) and any Salt.
Can be stocked by Derryth Bonecloak at the Myconid Colony in Act 1 and Bonecloak's Apothecary in Act 3. It may take several Long Rests to appear in her inventory.
Can rarely be stocked by Stonemason Kith at the Grymforge.

Notes

  • In Honour mode, the extra Action does not benefit from Extra Attack Extra Attack so martial classes will only get a single additional attack from the elixir.
