Terrifying Visage (Tactician)

Terrifying Visage is a level 5 spell. It is a spell used only by Echo of a Lost Love. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Accentuate your unnatural form,  Frightening nearby creatures and dealing 3d10Necrotic damage. Creatures take half the damage on successful Wisdom Saving Throws.

No effect on undead.
