Frell Olsin is a human member of the Church of Gond, found enslaved in the Steel Watch Foundry.

Involvement

The party first finds him battling Black Gauntlet of Banes in the main floor of the foundry. Around his neck is a Kill Collar, which must be disabled by activating a Motivator held by one of the Black Gauntlets.

If the party manages to save him as part of the quest Save the Gondians, he will run out of the lab and gather with the rest of the Gondians outside of the foundry.
