Involvement

Fitzy Relma can be found inside the entrance to the Water Queen's House in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. She will occassionally walk over to the Offering Chest and empty its contents, bringing them to the treasure pile in the Water Queen's Cellar.

Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Cold damage to anyone nearby. It leaves an  Ice surface. On miss, the shard of ice still explodes.

This spell can be cast while you are  Silenced.

AoE: 2 m / 7 ft (Radius)

 Create Water ()

Call forth rain. It extinguishes exposed flames and forms a  Water surface.

 Range: 9 m / 30 ft

AoE: 4 m / 13 ft (Radius)
