Lower City .
During the The High Harper Counting House in hopes of catching up to Minsc. Inside the vaults, the party witnesses Minsc emerge from a Mimic and defeat it. 'Jaheira' then appears with a handful of Bhaalists including Skoan, and teleports away with Minsc, leaving the cultists to attack the party and the staff.
