Gibus of the Worshipful Servant is a rare Headwear that grants Momentum equal to the wearer's Charisma Modifier at the start of combat and Advantage on Concentration Saving Throws.
Corroded by Sceleritas' insouciant perversion, this little gibus hat was worn by the Butler before he sank throat-deep into Bhaal's clutches. Once, it was beyond besmirchment. Once, it was lovely.

Notes
Not affected by most dyes, although Deep Lilac Dye does apply a golden tint or wash effect, with the default colour scheme still mostly visible through the tint.
