The first floor is the main gallery and where you can trade with Helsik. The second floor is Helsik's private quarters and living space. The Devil's Fee also has a basement that can be accessed via a hatch in the Devil's Fee or by breaking down a wall that connects the Devil's Fee's basement to the Forge of the Nine's basement.
