Chill Touch is a Necromancy Cantrip. This spell allow spellcasters to deal Necrotic damage to enemies and prevent them regaining hit points.
Description
Assail a creature with the chill of the grave. It takes 1d8 Necrotic damage
and cannot regain Hit Points. Undead creatures also get Disadvantage on Attack Rolls.
