Acorn Truffle

Acorn Truffle is an alchemical ingredient. You can find four Acorn Truffle in the basement of the Boancloak apothecary in Baldurs Gate. Pull the lever behind the boxes and find the chest at the top of the mushrooms. Useful for making Essence for the Hag's Bane grenade.
