Svend can be found in The Blushing Mermaid in the Lower City. 
Siggy is trying to convince him to skip his upcoming date because their ship is leaving port at first light. Svend insists that he will return on time, despite the recent dangers in the city. The party can interact with them to convince Svend to go on his date or stay with Siggy.
