Looted from Xargrim the Pale Corpse in the Myconid Colony, near Alchemist Derryth Bonecloak, behind the wall of vines to the right. This secret area can be unlocked by completing the quest Defeat the Duergar Intruders X: 50 Y: 75 or by casting Knock.
