Minor Conjuration: Create Water

This spell is a special class version of  Create or Destroy Water that also allows the Conjuration to conjure an area of water once per short rest. This action is equivalent to the level 1 version, but doesn't consume spell slots and can't be upcasted.

Call forth rain. It extinguishes exposed flames and forms a Water Surface.
