Web is a level 2 conjuration spell. This spell allows spellcasters to conjure a mass of sticky and flammable web at an area within range. Creatures moving or entering this area have their speed halved and can become Enwebbed.
Description
Cover an area in thick, flammable webbing that can 
creatures within.
An ally can use its Help action to try and tear away the webs.

Advantage, while the creature's Attack Rolls and Dexterity Saving throws are rolled with 
Disadvantage.

AoE: 4 m / 13 ft (Radius)
Difficult terrain - Movement Speed is halved. Can Enweb creatures. Prevents Falling damage. Flammable.
