Approval list is doubled

The approval list shows up twice for no apparent reason with small changes between the two.

Last Light Inn Missing Approval Point

Last light inn, at some point(i did this after talking to everyone in the inn then fighting the fire fist person) you can talk to a man in a coma(art cullagh : first floor lastlight inn) and if you have his lute from the evil surgeon you can play a song to awaken him gaining +1 approval from Karlach

Karlach +1 Defend Meli

Just found out that Karlach receives +1 approval points when siding with Meli during the conflict between Meli and Barth.
