Call Lightning is a level 3 conjuration spell. This spell allows spellcasters to call down lightning to hit all targets within range. The spellcaster can also continue to call down lightning repeatedly on subsequent turns.
Description
Call down lightning to hit all targets within range and its area of effect for 3d10
Lightning damage. Then for 10 turns, you can call down lightning again without expending a spell slot.

At higher levels
Upcast: When the spell is cast using a 4th level spell slot or higher, damage increases by 1d10Lightning for each Spell Slot Level above 3rd. Condition: Call Lightning
Duration: 10 turns

- Class Level 5: Druid, Tempest Domain, and Circle of the Land (Coast or Forest)
- Class Level 6: Storm Sorcery, and College of Lore (via Magical Secrets)
- Class Level 10: Bard (via Magical Secrets)
Other ways to learn:

Pact Boon can cast this spell once per Long Rest once they receive Deepened Pact at level 5.
Notes
The incantation for Call Lightning is Perurē, the Latin command "burn/scorch!"
