I feel stupid doing this, but I don't have anyone else. I hate how useless and scared I feel. I hate that you're not here to make me laugh. To tease me for being a grump. To make me feel strong.
Why did you have to die? I can't let it happen - not again. Not to the others. It's on me to protect them. And I won't fail them. Not like I failed you.
