After you have dealt with Shar event on the Temple of Shar, act 3, if you interact with the mirror of loss, it gives you the option that originaly was for everyone.
Ability check to turn pages[edit source]
There are a couple more ways to reduce the DC for turning the last page. A cleric of Talos for example can make a DC wisdom check of only 10. Yes an ability check instead of a saving throw, which makes it even easier to stack bonuses like guidance. If anyone can edit, please verify his in the game and update the page
