I'm getting a lot of weirdness in my current run, in which Tav is Level 3 but in a Jack of All Trades style of three multiclasses each at Level 1. XP rewards are as though the main character is Level 2. Just loaded a save and went Monk 1 / Cleric 2 and still got 10XP by that entrance.
