Idle banter[edit | edit source]

Chadd will occasionally chat with Gasper Throaks:

Fist of Bane Gasper Throaks: I heard you were disciplined by Overseer Holzt, Dread Brother.

  • Iron Consul Chadd: When instructing a Gondian, my enthusiasm overtook me - I cut off her hand.
    • Fist of Bane Gasper Throaks: Clumsy - what good are they without their limbs?
      • Iron Consul Chadd: Indeed - I had to dispose of her.

Iron Consul Chadd: I crossed the line between domination and pacification. I failed the Black Hand.

  • Fist of Bane Gasper Throaks: Your dedication to Bane's tenets is admirable, Dread Brother.
    • Iron Consul Chadd: It is not enough. I fear what Lord Gortash will say.

Fist of Bane Gasper Throaks: Lord Gortash is blessed as unholy Bane's favoured. His judgement is final.

  • Iron Consul Chadd: I know - I am grateful for my service to Lord Gortash.
