Cone of Cold is a level 5 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to blast icy air into a region in front of them, damaging affected creatures and turning existing water surfaces into Ice Surface.

Upcast: The damage is increased by 1d8Cold for each Spell Slot Level above 5th.

• Class Level 9: Sorcerer, Wizard, and Fiend

• Class Level 10: [[ Bard via Magical Secrets)

Notes

•  Circle of the Lands who choose the Arctic Land at level 9 learn this spell automatically.
