Undercity Ruins is a location accessible from the Lower City Sewers area of Baldur's Gate during Act Three.
While inside the Lower City Sewers, the minimap name will become "Undercity Ruins" by walking north through a stone archway at roughly X: -138 Y: 907. Near the waypoint also named Undercity Ruins, there is a door that is initially locked and requires special means to open.
The information in this article discusses the content found beyond this special door.
