Water Surface is a type of Surface. Water surfaces can extinguish fire and be electrified, frozen or vaporised.

Properties

• Douses unprotected flame.
• Can be electrified, frozen into ice or vaporised into steam.
• Unlike rivers or clouds of steam, water surfaces do not make a creature wet.
