Can be found on the upper floor of the burning building in Waukeen's Rest. Go through the locked door in the room with Counsellor Florrick to reach it.

This painting is a reference to one of the playable characters from the Larian Studios game "Divinity: Original Sin 2", a lizardman prince going by the name of "The Red Prince".
