Tactics
While a lone enemy, the Bugbear Assassin can still prove dangerous at a low level. His Brute passive can stack up quite a lot of damage on a strike, making up for his average Strength. He'll also apply a Basic Poison onto his Morningstar and through the use of his Tenacity passive, always have a chance to apply the Poisoned condition.
Beyond this, he is hardly a threat for a full party.
