High Elf Cantrip is a High Elf and High Half Elf passive feature that gives 1 selectable Cantrip from the Wizard spell list.
As it is from the Wizard spell list, it will scale off of Intelligence regardless of which class is chosen.
- For example, Shadowheart is a Cleric with high Wisdom and low Intelligence, and as the Fire Bolt is from her racial instead of her class it uses her lower Intelligence for determining the hit rate of Fire Bolt instead of her class's primary attribute which is her higher Wisdom score.
