Description
After hitting a creature with a weapon attack, you can cast illusion or enchantment spells as a 
Bonus action.

Notes
- A character with Quickening Incantation condition cannot anymore cast illusion or enchantment spells as an action, only as a bonus action.
- The Quickening Incantation loses duration at the start of the turn, so an Opportunity Attack won't give a character this condition for their next turn.
